Introducing Phreesia Pads

FHA Introduces “Phreesia” a New Electronic Check-in System

We are excited to announce Family Health Associates is implementing a new online electronic check in system in order to streamline the patient check in process.

Our new process will allow patients to check in via their cell phone or one of the electronic tablets in our office.  This new procedure will ultimately replace “the clipboards” and paper forms.  All patient information and payments can be completed electronically.

As with any major change we know there will be a transition period with lots of questions. Our staff is looking forward to streamlining our process and improving your overall patient experience.
